Additionally, it offers bicycle rentals and hosts initiatives tied to sports weeks, such as the “Magic Montefeltro Sport Week.” The complex also serves as a venue for events organized in collaboration with local sports associations (ASD Montegrimano) and experiential tourism activities focused on the Montefeltro region.

Camper Area and Touring Tourism

The complex includes a fully equipped camper parking area (POP Belvedere Camper Area), providing electrical hookups, water fountains, waste disposal stations, and restroom facilities upon request. Thanks to these facilities, Monte Grimano Terme has been officially recognized as a “Comune Amico del Turismo Itinerante” (Town Friendly to Touring Tourism), aligning with the local strategy to welcome camper enthusiasts and en plein air travelers.

Role in the Territorial Strategy

The development of the Belvedere multi-purpose area is part of a broader investment project linked to the restoration of the former Hotel Belvedere. This project aims to create integrated services—including equipped green spaces, rest areas, and camper services—to enhance the village’s tourist appeal. The area is designed as a hub for sports, leisure, and touring tourism, acting as a key node for networking initiatives with other Montefeltro municipalities and supporting local development and coordinated tourism promotion.
